The Santee girls 12U softball team this past weekend went to the ASA SoCal state championship and came away winners. The girls played hard in 100 degree and won the 1st ever state champiosnhip for Santee. The girls went 5-0 never leaving the winners bracket and beating Bonita Valley (the defending champ) in the championship game. The team is now headed to nationals in Oregon as the 31 seed.
Way to go girls!!!!
