Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, Retired United States Marine Master Seargeant Richard Pittman will be present to award the children of the Club who have parents serving the United States as military personnel. And, San Diego Charger, #93 Luis Castillo will be present during the Cocktail Reception to support his new friends - the boys and girls in Oceanside.
