This project consists of three separate buildings, consisting of the following:

1) Bid Item 0001: Army Reserve Center Training Building – 52,500 gsf.
2) Bid Item 0002: Unheated Storage Building- 32,000 gsf
3) Bid Item 0003: Organizational Maintenance Shop– 10.000 gsf.
4) Bid Item 0004: Site Work- 16 acres.

Estimated Budget: $25,750,000 Anticipated Start: December 2010 Duration: 540 Calendar Days
There is a Federal Commercial Prevailing Wage requirement for this project. Subcontractors should include cost to maintain their own Insurance.
