Attorney General Jack Conway today announced the arrest of a Lexington, Ky. man for possession of child pornography. Investigators from the Attorney General's Cybercrimes Unit, with assistance from Lexington Metro Police, arrested 41-year-old Eliazar Rincon today after executing a search warrant at his Lexington home. Rincon is charged with four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony.
