On 6th and Main in Walsenburg, April opened a unique store that is sure to intrigue and satisfy nearly everyone. I met with Toby on July 25th 2009, and she's worked in the store for the past year. She informed me that to really get the most from April's Attic, people have to keep coming back, because new items appear quite often. April's Attic opened in September of 2007, and contains quite a few rare, practical, and decorative items.
I remember my first visit on opening day, and ever since then I've noticed a friendly, and helpful, attitude from April and all her crew.
April is quite artistic, as all her displays reveal a decorative arrangement. Every time I've come by, April has been busy making changes that are sure to please most people.
The people who work there show a keen interest in pleasing their customers, answering questions, and leading people to all the right merchandise.
