Lane County Jail and it's release problem

I know of a woman that was arrested on many warrants and was put in the Lane County Jail. Her bail was $300,000 and she was released the very next day.
Her charges are failure to appear 1x5, possession of heroin and delivery of heroin within a 1,000 feet of a school. The baffling problem here is obviously she has a problem appearing court.AND, they go ahead and release her. What the hell.
When will some people be held accountable for their actions. Will she ever be made to stay there and own up to what she has done? My only other thought as to why she gets out every time is she is a snitch!
