Lindamood-Bell to Host Informational Overview in Camarillo

Camarillo, CA April 17, 2009 – Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, an internationally recognized leader in literacy research, remediation, and professional development, will host an informational overview at the Hardy Learning Center in Camarillo on Tuesday, April 28th, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. The event is designed to inform students and families that Lindamood-Bell® programs and services will be available to the Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks and Westlake communities through a Lindamood-Bell® Seasonal Intensive Learning Clinic, opening this summer. The Hardy Center will hostthe Seasonal Intensive Learning Clinic as a resource to individuals with learning needs.

Janelle Ashby, Center Director of the Lindamood-Bell® Learning Center in nearby Santa Barbara, said, “This is an excellent opportunity for parents and educators to learn how our programs and methods help children become successful students. Our focus at the Clinic is on the process of learning and the development of necessary learning skills. Hopefully we can share a small piece of that process with our attendees,” says Ashby.
